About the role
Rithum™ is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the relationship with our retailer clients on the Retailers Platform. You will help clients achieve their business objectives, drive platform adoption, and ensure a seamless experience with our e‑commerce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow key relationships with retailer clients, understanding their goals and defining success metrics.
- Create joint success plans and roadmaps to keep clients engaged and focused on achieving targets.
- Monitor platform utilization, drive product listing success, and provide training and enablement.
- Track feature adoption, advise on best practices, and promote new functionalities.
- Increase Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) by recommending expansion into global marketplaces.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Managed Services, Support, and Implementation teams.
Required profile
- 2+ years of client success or account management experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with strategic account planning and client roadmap development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret reports and dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executives and peers.

- Salesforce or Gainsight (CRM tools)
- Looker
- PowerBI
- Proficiency with AI‑based productivity tools (chat assistants, summarisation, reporting copilots)
