About the role
Starwood Hotels is looking for a bold, brand‑obsessed and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer to steer growth across its distinctive portfolio of 1 Hotels, Baccarat Hotels and Treehouse Hotels. The role sits at the intersection of brand purpose, experiential storytelling and revenue generation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve global brand narratives for each of the three hotel brands.
- Oversee a multi‑dimensional ecosystem that includes hotel properties, food & beverage venues, day‑life and night‑life concepts, new openings, branded residential marketing and wellness experiences.
- Lead the development and scaling of the 1 Hotels Mission Membership loyalty ecosystem.
- Ensure each brand’s mission and purpose are communicated authentically and translated into measurable business results.
- Collaborate with design leadership to shape brand‑centric initiatives and presentations.
Required profile
- Bold, brand‑obsessed and commercially driven mindset.
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy for luxury or lifestyle hospitality brands.
- Ability to manage complex, cross‑functional marketing ecosystems.
- Strong storytelling capability that links purpose to revenue growth.
