About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Chat Support Specialists to join our remote team and provide real‑time assistance to customers via live chat. You will access customer account information, resolve inquiries quickly, and ensure a positive experience for every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle multiple simultaneous live chat conversations with customers.
- Access and review customer account details to address questions and issues.
- Escalate complex problems to senior support or billing teams when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all chat interactions.
- Follow compliance guidelines for handling personal information.
- Meet daily response‑time and customer‑satisfaction targets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong written communication skills with fast, clear, professional typing.
- Ability to multitask across several chat windows.
- Pass a pre‑employment background check.
- No prior experience required; full paid training provided.
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction‑free home workspace.
