Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

AVIR Health Group is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide direct, high‑quality care to residents in a supportive environment. The role involves delivering hands‑on nursing assistance while upholding the dignity and comfort of each individual.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality resident care.

Required profile

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant by the Department of Health, obtained within four months of hire.
• Previous experience in a nursing facility is preferred, but newly certified candidates are welcome.
• Availability for day and night shifts.
