About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) who is also an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join its clinical nursing team. This full‑time position provides comprehensive midwifery and obstetric care within a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care to patients across diverse settings.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and manage complications in accordance with evidence‑based guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, high‑quality care.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion, birth planning, and postpartum recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and comply with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Current certification as a Nurse‑Midwife (CNM) and APRN licensure in Arkansas.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
