CDL‑A Linehaul Truck Driver – Up to $95k

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking experienced CDL‑A Linehaul Drivers to operate 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers between service centers and turn‑point locations. Drivers return home daily and enjoy a supportive company culture focused on safety and respect.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and deliver freight using 53‑foot van trailers or double trailers.
• Travel between designated service centers and turn‑point locations while adhering to schedules.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment before and after each run.
• Communicate any issues or delays to dispatch promptly.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• At least 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition criteria).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Double/Triple trailer endorsement (preferred).
• LTL freight handling experience (preferred).
