About the role

Join R+L Carriers as a CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery driver working full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with various shifts. Drivers return to the terminal each day, enjoy home‑every‑night schedules, and receive a $2,500 sign‑on bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city‑side pickup and delivery of freight, returning to the terminal daily.
• Make multiple stops per shift while using scanning equipment to track shipments.
• Interact directly with customers to ensure accurate and timely service.
• Complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of combined verifiable experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition specs).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.

Required skills

• Electric pallet jack operation.
• Scanning equipment operation.
• CDL Class A license.
