Catalog Manager – Remote

About the role

LifeSupplyUSA is scaling its e‑commerce operations across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart and other marketplaces. We are looking for a detail‑obsessed Catalog Manager to own the quality, accuracy and performance of our product listings. This remote position offers the chance to directly impact sales by ensuring every SKU is presented correctly and competitively.

Key responsibilities

• Create, optimize and maintain product listings on Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart and additional channels.
• Monitor the catalog daily for suppressed, stranded or flagged listings and resolve issues promptly.
• Launch new SKUs end‑to‑end, including title creation, keyword research, image uploads and variation setup.
• Build and maintain clean parent‑child variation structures and identify bundling opportunities.
• Conduct regular keyword audits and implement SEO updates to improve organic ranking and conversion.
• Review listings for compliance, brand consistency and accuracy, documenting root causes to prevent recurrence.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot listing issues quickly.
