Web Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Web Analyst to support the marketing efforts of our company and its clients. The ideal candidate will analyze market and competitor data to generate insights, identify potential conflicts, and help make our solutions more useful, beautiful, and powerful.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and execute new product/service, market and advertising opportunities.
• Monitor visitor behavior data and optimize business processes accordingly.
• Research competitor data from multiple sources to enrich existing datasets.
• Assess risks in business opportunities and propose optimal mitigation solutions.
• Manage web analytics tools and prepare metric evaluation reports.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers and IT to ensure seamless tracking implementation and multichannel data integration.
• Implement software applications that support various business functions.
• Leverage data, analytics and business intelligence to shape client strategies and KPIs.
• Evaluate traffic metrics for external audiences, monitor competitor sites and apply optimization techniques.
• Analyze website visitor behavior by segment, site, campaign and user action.
• Conduct usability tests and evaluate customer experience to ensure accuracy.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in business, computer science or information technology.
• 3+ years of experience in web/system analysis, online commerce or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to multitask.
• Quantitative analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and visual.
• Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
