About the role

The UA Cares Case Manager provides essential support to students and staff within the University of Arkansas system. This position works closely with university resources to ensure timely assistance and effective case resolution for a diverse campus community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate student case files, ensuring accurate documentation and follow‑up.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students seeking assistance, guiding them to appropriate university services.
• Collaborate with campus departments, faculty, and external partners to resolve case issues.
• Maintain compliance with university policies and confidentiality standards.
• Utilize Workday and other university systems to track case progress and generate reports.
