Cartoner Operator – 3rd Shift

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Production Team as a Cartoner Operator on the third shift. You will be responsible for accurately packaging pizzas for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cartoner equipment to package pizzas according to specifications.
• Load cartons, maintain glue applicator levels and ensure adequate carton supply.
• Perform product weight, box and temperature checks and conduct quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, make adjustments and support changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following 5S, GMP and food‑safety standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to complete production records.
• Effective teamwork and communication in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Operating cartoner machinery.
