About the role

The Connor Group is seeking a General Manager to lead one of its luxury apartment communities in the Louisville, KY metro area. This senior position is ideal for high‑performing leaders from retail, hospitality, fitness or similar industries who can drive sales, motivate teams and deliver measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and performance of the assigned community.

Required profile

• Proven success as a multi‑unit or general manager in retail, restaurants, hospitality or fitness.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and grow business results.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach and hold others accountable.
• Highly competitive, goal‑oriented and motivated by results and recognition.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
