Business Development Manager – Beauty (TikTok Shop)

About the role

Join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing Beauty team and help turn the #TikTokMadeMeBuyIt phenomenon into a sustainable e‑commerce ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end business development process for high‑potential beauty brands, driving revenue growth for TikTok’s US commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with category leadership to identify, prioritize, and onboard top‑tier beauty sellers onto TikTok Shop.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects based on size, platform readiness, creator collaboration potential, and commercial impact.
• Craft compelling pitch materials and tailor outreach strategies to win new partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, ops, legal, marketing) to streamline onboarding, integration, and ongoing seller support.
• Develop reporting and analytics to monitor seller acquisition performance and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development, vendor acquisition, or sales experience in retail, marketplace, or e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record working with consumable or beauty brands and influencing senior B2B stakeholders.
• Experience managing scalable processes to meet monthly/quarterly OKRs with strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Preferred: quick learner, proactive, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and strong data‑driven decision making.
