About the role
We are a growth‑stage technology startup delivering cyber‑tech services that protect the digital integrity of healthcare organizations. As we expand across the United States, we need an entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to accelerate our presence within hospitals and health systems.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across U.S. hospitals and health systems.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Research target accounts to understand cybersecurity initiatives, organizational structures, and business priorities.
- Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and needs assessments for senior healthcare executives, CISOs, CIOs, and IT security professionals.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and nurture long‑term account relationships.
Required profile
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and establishing new business in complex B2B markets.
- Strong motivation, self‑direction, and ability to treat a territory as a personal business.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior healthcare leaders.
- Passion for safeguarding healthcare through innovative cybersecurity solutions.
