About the role
Lead Coldwell Banker’s Portland and Lake Oswego offices, shaping the growth strategy for Oregon’s real‑estate market while fostering a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Coldwell Banker offices in Portland and Lake Oswego, overseeing daily brokerage operations.
- Drive agent productivity, recruiting, and revenue performance to meet profitability targets.
- Develop and execute localized growth strategies to expand market share and strengthen community presence.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to attract top‑producing talent and increase market penetration across the Portland metropolitan area.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of residential real‑estate sales experience with a proven track record of business growth.
- Active Oregon real‑estate or broker’s license.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and leading high‑performing teams.
- Self‑motivated, technology‑savvy, and strong communicator.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
