Boutique Team Leader – Retail Sales

About the role

Join Nespresso as a Boutique Team Leader at our elegant retail boutique in University Village. As an integral member of the store leadership team, you will drive excellence in people leadership, sales, service, and operations while creating memorable coffee experiences for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing store productivity and building customer relationships.
• Cultivate personalized coffee experiences using storytelling to share product knowledge and sustainability practices.
• Inspire and coach the sales team to achieve sales and service performance targets.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, provide feedback, and champion innovative ideas in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Patience and resourcefulness to troubleshoot day‑to‑day challenges.
• Effective communication, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Punctuality and availability for open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
