About the role
Join the Courtyard hotel team as a Bistro Server, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work evenings and weekends, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑served.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, maintain a clean dining environment.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and coordinate timely service.
- Serve food and beverages, handle guest inquiries, and process transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and verify information accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑service experience.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- No supervisory experience required.
