Bilingual Training Specialist – Remote

About the role

Geotab is looking for a Bilingual Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for resellers, customers, and employees. This remote position focuses on translating complex IoT and fleet‑management technology into clear learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and build customized learning paths for multiple audiences.
• Design, develop, and deliver curriculum covering sales, support, and value of Geotab’s product suite, including Marketplace Partner integrations.
• Map training plans, facilitate onboarding and technical training sessions.
• Adapt curriculum to meet diverse audience requirements.
• Create training materials aligned with business priorities.
• Support implementation and ongoing use of the myLearning LMS platform.
• Act as a product subject‑matter expert and stay current on evolving solutions.
• Contribute to global strategic training initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a patient, engaging approach.
• Passion for turning complex technology into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) to serve a diverse audience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with LMS platforms, specifically myLearning.
