Bilingual Call Center Salesperson – English/Spanish (Remote)

About the role

Join Mangone Law Firm’s sales team as a remote bilingual call‑center salesperson. You will help prospective clients understand immigration services while driving revenue for a fast‑growing legal practice.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team by capturing, qualifying, and following up on inbound leads.
• Provide accurate information about immigration processes and the firm’s offerings.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets through effective negotiation and closing.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience selling products or services.
• Experience with intangible offerings (e.g., consulting, insurance, telecommunications) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities focused on trust and long‑term relationships.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting monthly goals.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts as needed.
