About the role
The Bilingual Account Manager will own the full lifecycle of client strategy and growth for a key account in Georgetown, TX. This onsite position focuses on building senior‑level relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client relationship strategy and maintain strong connections with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, C‑suite).
- Serve as the primary escalation point, coordinating internal and external resources to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure consistent quality and optimize Statements of Work, KPIs, and change orders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Communicate proactively across leadership layers, highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with data‑driven insights for internal and client executives.

- Skilled problem solver capable of making sound decisions in complex environments.
- Strong influencer who can collaborate across all leadership levels, both internally and externally.
- Proven track record balancing client demands with internal capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior audiences.
