Beauty Advisor – Inside Sales (Retail)

About the role

Join Sally Beauty, the world’s largest hair and beauty supplier, as a Beauty Advisor focused on inside sales. You will create memorable shopping experiences, guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skin‑care and nail products, and help them discover the perfect solutions for their beauty needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend complementary products and inform shoppers about promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise for sales and promotional activities.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain a professional store environment, communicate inventory issues, and uphold Sally Beauty’s culture values.

Required profile

• Passion for beauty trends and a desire to help customers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, crouching, and occasional ladder use.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment that may involve exposure to occasional fumes or odors.
