About the role

Calm is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to drive partnership lead generation for its consumer offerings. The role sits within the Partnerships organization and works closely with Business Development Managers and cross‑functional teams to create and execute enablement programs that attract new B2B partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership lead‑generation campaigns to identify and nurture potential B2B partners.
  • Produce sales enablement collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, one‑pagers, email templates, and FAQs.
  • Maintain a library of partner‑facing assets and tailor messaging for strategic accounts.
  • Plan and lead marquee in‑person events (e.g., SXSW, partner dinners) to showcase Calm’s consumer solutions.
  • Own and grow Calm’s partnership digital presence on LinkedIn and the web to generate warm leads.
  • Collaborate with Product, MarComms, Data Science, and Legal to ensure consistent storytelling and compliance.

Required profile

  • Passionate about the intersection of technology and wellness.
  • Self‑starter with ambition and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for translating data and insights into persuasive narratives.
  • Experience partnering with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
