Attractions Supervisor – Immersive Experience

About the role

Netflix House is a permanent, year‑round entertainment venue where fans can immerse themselves in Netflix stories through interactive attractions, hospitality, and live performances. As an Attractions Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of featured experiential attractions, ensuring every guest experience aligns with Netflix’s storytelling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all featured attractions, including ticketing, fan services, and small‑scale experiences.
• Lead, train, and develop crew members and in‑show performers, providing tools and guidance for success.
• Coordinate with programming, theater, and hospitality teams to deliver seamless, story‑driven experiences.
• Monitor technical execution, scenic environments, and talent performance to maintain high quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising operations within entertainment, hospitality, or themed‑attraction environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering immersive, story‑centric guest experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, creative setting.
