About the role
Frannie & The Fox is seeking a passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead its culinary team. The role blends innovative menu development with day‑to‑day kitchen management, ensuring every guest experiences high‑quality, thoughtfully crafted dishes in a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily kitchen activities, maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and test new menu items, bringing innovative and thoughtful ideas to the dining experience.
- Manage food inventory, control stock levels, and place orders as needed.
- Source products and collaborate closely with the restaurant team to align culinary vision with operational goals.
- Mentor, supervise, and train kitchen staff to uphold standards of excellence.
- Work with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless production across all Food & Beverage outlets and meet financial targets.
Required profile
- Passionate, positive, and creative with a deep care for the team.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Guest‑first mentality and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
Required skills
- Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine (highly preferred).
- Proven ability to lead kitchen operations and develop menus.
- Experience managing food inventory and ordering processes.
