Associate Web Developer

About the role

BAGGU is looking for a full‑time Associate Web Developer to join its Engineering team. In this frontend‑focused position you will translate Creative Studio designs into functional web experiences, streamline e‑commerce site updates, and collaborate with other engineers on bug triage and feature development.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, reusable web components that match design specifications.
• Work closely with Creative Studio designers to advise on technical feasibility and implement seasonal launches.
• Support the E‑Commerce team by improving workflows for site content updates.
• Collaborate with engineers to triage bugs, enhance backend systems, and develop new customer‑facing features.
• Document component usage and communicate limitations or alternatives to non‑technical team members.

Required profile

• Early‑career engineer comfortable working in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to designers and marketers.
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours and travel to the San Francisco office quarterly.
• Residency in one of the approved U.S. states (CA, OR, NM, PA, IL, NJ, MI, NY, VA, WA).
