Associate - Strategy and Technology Management Consultant

About the role

Metis Strategy is seeking an Associate to join its San Francisco Bay Area team. You will work with Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients, helping them define and execute digital and business strategies in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and develop road‑maps to future‑state visions.
• Apply Metis’ analytical frameworks (STAR, World Class IT, Digital Maturity Assessment) to complex business problems.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, collect and synthesize data, and build financial and operational models.
• Create client presentations and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to generate ideas, formulate hypotheses, and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of post‑undergraduate experience in strategy or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field with a solid GPA.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with Eastern Time Zone hours; occasional travel to client sites.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable presenting to C‑level executives.
