About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support its ICE | WISL Administration IOP NC department. This professional staff position focuses on project and program administration within a collaborative health‑care and research environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of university programs and projects.
• Maintain program documentation and track progress against milestones.
• Support internal stakeholders by providing administrative oversight and ensuring compliance with university policies.
• Facilitate communication between departments and external partners as needed.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees or graduate assistants).
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
