Associate Operations Planner

About the role

The Associate Operations Planner supports the end‑to‑end delivery of products to Bath & Body Works customer teams. You will work closely with vendors, logistics, and internal stakeholders to ensure component inventory moves smoothly and finished goods reach warehouses on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, track component inventory, and resolve quantity or date discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate master data in SAP and PLM, including Bill of Materials (BOM) integrity.
• Create and release Just‑in‑Time purchase orders, expedite shipments, and coordinate with the Quality team on sample holds.
• Generate daily and weekly reports to support component and launch forecasting.
• Handle system transaction issues, provide recommendations, and communicate downstream impacts.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of supply chain experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong time‑management, organizational skills, and ability to build trusted advisor relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using PLM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
