About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the purchasing department of Águia inox, a manufacturer of industrial machines, equipment, parts and accessories. This position provides essential clerical and coordination tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle administrative paperwork related to procurement and supplier communication.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and purchase records.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate internal requests and provide timely information to relevant departments.
- Support the team with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documentation.
Required profile
- Basic education level; higher education not specified.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Portuguese.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
