Assistant Service Manager – Automotive Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, customer‑focused Assistant Service Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients. You will guide customers through repairs and maintenance while supporting the Service Manager in achieving performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and recommend appropriate services.
• Prepare clear repair orders, explain costs, and obtain on‑spot approvals.
• Follow up with customers throughout the service process to keep them informed.
• Assist the Service Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team development.
• Achieve sales targets for maintenance packages, upsells, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Build lasting relationships to convert one‑time visitors into loyal clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive service advising or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Positive attitude with natural leadership qualities.
• Experience with luxury or Infiniti brands is a plus.

• Proficiency with dealership management systems such as Reynolds.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems such as CDK.
