About the role

Join Mills Auto Group as an Automotive Service Advisor in the Charlotte Metro area. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the service process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and gather relevant information.
• Explain recommended services and repairs clearly and concisely.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and promote additional products and services.
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer‑service role in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of automotive terminology and repair processes.
• Proficiency with computer systems used for service scheduling and invoicing.
• Customer‑focused attitude with problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
