Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – Plumber

About the role

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor – Plumber supports the maintenance team at Westlake Apartments, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues and perform repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Develop and uphold cleanliness and appearance standards for grounds, building exteriors, unit interiors, breezeways, signage, leasing office, garbage areas and parking lots.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors, providing corrective action plans when needed.
• Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and tools required for routine maintenance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related maintenance or plumbing experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and be on‑call as required.
