About the role
The Assistant Community Manager will support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of Piedmont House, a high‑rise, stabilized community of 198 units. This full‑time position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and involves daily interaction with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and post rent, fees, and other payments.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
- Process invoices for payment and manage vendor relationships.
- Complete monthly close‑out procedures and generate financial reports.
- Perform account dispositions and reconciliations.
- Utilize property management software to record, track, and report all financial activities.
- Assist the Community Manager with operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
- Detail‑oriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to support the Community Manager in financial and operational duties.
Required skills
- Proficiency with property management software.
