Armed Security Guard – Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo

About the role

We are seeking an Armed Security Guard to provide protection and access control at Camp Bondsteel, a U.S. Army installation in Pristina, Kosovo. The role involves patrolling, surveillance, and safeguarding the base’s facilities and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform roving patrols and stationary guard duties across the installation.
• Control access points, conduct vehicle and personnel inspections.
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms or incidents.
• Enforce base regulations and support force‑protection operations.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and communicate with supervisors.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. passport.
• U.S. Secret security clearance (sponsorship available).
• Minimum two years recent experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military armed operations.
• Completion of a state‑recognized security or law‑enforcement academy, or equivalent military training.
• Pass a physical ability test (1.5 mi run ≤ 17:30 min, 21 push‑ups in 2 min) and medical examination.
• Ability to undergo NCIC/FBI background check, fingerprinting, and random drug testing.
