Architect – Luxury Single Family Residential (Revit)

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate‑Senior Architect to join a respected NYC‑based design firm. The role focuses on high‑end single‑family residential projects, ranging from Manhattan brownstones and townhouses to bespoke homes in the Hamptons, Upstate New York, and coastal California. The ideal candidate is design‑driven, with 6–14 years of experience creating refined, customized living spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop luxury residential projects, including renovations and exterior work.
• Produce detailed construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio environment.

Required profile

• 6–14 years of experience in high‑end residential design and renovation, preferably in NYC.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury brownstone, townhouse, or similar projects.
• Excellent design, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
