Apriso Consultant

About the role

The Apriso Consultant will ensure the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) runs at peak performance for our client. This remote position involves continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and support to keep interconnected software operating as designed, enabling efficient, compliant, and data‑driven manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze MES software performance, identifying and resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Maintain system compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements (including ITAR).
• Collaborate with production teams to streamline manufacturing processes and integrate new applications.
• Provide testing, debugging, and detailed reporting for system changes.
• Deliver user training, support tickets handling, and escalation to higher‑level support as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with MES platforms (Apriso preferred; Rockwell, Siemens Opcenter, Proficy Smart Factory acceptable).
• At least 3 years of troubleshooting and customer‑support experience.
• Demonstrated ITAR compliance experience.
• Willingness to travel periodically to client sites within the United States.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
