Appointment Setter

About the role

SG Services is looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join its fully remote sales development team. You will help B2B clients across multiple industries connect with decision‑makers and generate qualified sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers in target accounts.
• Schedule qualified sales appointments for clients and internal sales teams.
• Follow approved outreach scripts and messaging campaigns.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed appointment‑setting and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Computer meeting minimum specifications (8 GB RAM, Intel i3 or equivalent).

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for outreach.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
• Computer with at least 8 GB RAM and an Intel i3 processor (or equivalent).
• Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps, with a backup connection and backup device available.
