Analyst, Equity Capital Markets

About the role

TD Securities is seeking motivated analysts to join its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) group in New York. The ECM team advises corporate clients on equity financings, equity‑linked transactions, market positioning, and investor engagement across all market cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full deal cycle from origination to execution, including pitches, deal documentation, sales memos, marketing, due diligence, pricing and execution.
• Work on ECM products such as IPOs, follow‑on and secondary offerings, private placements, at‑the‑market transactions, convertible and equity‑linked securities, structured equity solutions and related equity derivatives.
• Collaborate closely with investment banking coverage, sales & trading, and equity research teams.
• Participate in lean deal teams, gaining client exposure and building relationships.

Required profile

• Recent college graduates or experienced analysts.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Results‑driven with proven academic excellence.
