Airline Key Account Manager – Aerospace Sales

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will develop and grow sales of 3M products to assigned airlines, collaborating with innovative teams worldwide. You will lead the strategy for airline engagement and drive long‑term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3M’s engagement strategy with assigned US‑based airlines.
• Implement key‑account plans to meet both 3M and customer objectives.
• Define growth strategy, sales approach and customer engagement plans.
• Support broader business‑group initiatives and travel globally to support key accounts.
• Partner with Channel, Marketing, Application Engineering and Sales Leadership to align priorities and improve execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
• Eight (8) years of aerospace industry sales experience in private, public, government or military environments.
• Three (3) years of experience managing sales directly to airlines.
• Current, valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
