About the role

The Air Logistics Healthcare Customer Care Specialist is the primary point of contact for healthcare customers, ensuring a seamless end‑to‑end experience for shipments such as urgent aircraft parts and temperature‑controlled stem cells. You will drive customer satisfaction, support growth, and safeguard profitability while adhering to strict air‑logistics and healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete customer journey for assigned healthcare accounts.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality service across commercial and operational interactions.
• Proactively engage customers to support growth, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Prepare spot quotations, follow up for timely closure, and align commercial terms.
• Monitor transit times, ensure service delivery meets agreed conditions, and communicate status updates.
• Manage onboarding, shipment documentation, and compliance with air‑logistics, security, and GxP standards.
• Handle complaints and claims professionally, logging them in the designated claims system.
• Report deviations, support corrective actions, and maintain up‑to‑date SOPs and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Experience in customer care within air logistics or healthcare supply chains.
• Understanding of air‑logistics, security, and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (including GxP).
• Ability to manage commercial performance and identify upselling opportunities.
• Strong communication skills for proactive updates and issue resolution.
