AI Research Scientist – World Model

About the role

We are looking for an AI Research Scientist to join our World Model group at Bosch’s Research and Technology Center in Sunnyvale. You will contribute to cutting‑edge research on foundation models and AI‑enabled solutions for a wide range of Bosch products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, transparent AI and big‑data analytics solutions for audio, image, and sensor‑log data.
• Advance research in foundation models, big‑data visual analytics, explainable AI, natural language processing, computer vision, mixed reality, cloud robotics, and time‑series analysis.
• Collaborate with academic and industry partners and publish results in top AI conferences and journals.
• Integrate AI research outcomes into industrial applications such as autonomous driving, Industry 4.0, IoT, and connected vehicles.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong research track record with publications in leading AI conferences or journals.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and delivering research prototypes.
