AI Agent Product Manager (Healthcare)

About the role

hellopatient is looking for a technical, high‑agency AI Agent Product Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered voice, SMS and chat agents in real healthcare environments. You will lead each customer deployment as a product launch, shaping requirements, building agent logic and ensuring successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer deployments end‑to‑end, from scoping to production go‑live.
• Define and manage the customer‑facing roadmap for each deployment.
• Gather requirements directly from customers and translate them into agent behavior using prompts, guardrails and multi‑agent workflows.
• Perform hands‑on prompt engineering and build conversation flows, decision logic and integration behaviours.
• Ship production‑ready agents that handle scheduling, patient context, EMR data and practice‑specific edge cases.
• Continuously improve agent performance through structured evaluations, live‑call reviews and customer feedback.
• Identify unknowns early, de‑risk them and make trade‑off decisions to keep launches on track.
• Collaborate with Conversational Design and Customer Engineering teams and drive new workflow, integration and vertical launches where no playbook exists.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering AI‑driven products in complex environments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives from concept to launch.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with engineering, design and customer teams.
