About the role
ConocoPhillips is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Eagle Ford and Bakken operations managers and their Houston‑based teams. You will work independently, handling a variety of complex administrative tasks while exercising discretion and sound judgment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage managers' calendars to ensure efficient use of time, including scheduling appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics for the operations team.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
- Assist with project tracking, follow‑up actions, and status reporting.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Required profile
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior managers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
