About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide contract support to Microsoft’s executive office through Allegi Global Solutions. The role is based in Redmond, WA and involves delivering high‑level administrative services in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule appointments and prioritize meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics for executive staff.
- Plan, set up and support meetings and events, including conference‑room preparation.
- Assist with new‑hire onboarding and facility operations.
- Provide backup support to the executive assistant on various projects.
- Arrange daily lunch orders and greet visitors professionally.
- Complete special projects and ad‑hoc requests as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- At least 3 years of calendar management and customer‑service experience.
- Prior experience supporting an executive office or executive assistant preferred.
- Background in a technology or corporate environment strongly preferred.
- Strong professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
Required skills
What we offer
- Hourly rate $23.50 – $28.
- 7‑month contract with full‑time schedule (40 hours/week).
