About the role
The Campus Ministry Administrative Assistant serves as the operational lead for the Coleman‑Morse first floor, providing front‑desk hospitality and comprehensive office support in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk reception, greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries.
- Oversee basic office operations, including work orders, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Pastoral Care and the Director of Student Ministry, coordinating meetings, supervision sessions, and event logistics.
- Process Mass card requests and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise student office workers, handling scheduling and performance feedback.
- Supervise common areas, workroom, and kitchen to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a hospitable presence.
- Ability to support two directors while managing a broad range of tasks.
- Professional competence and a genuine commitment to the university’s spiritual mission.
