Adjunct Graphic Design Faculty (Part‑time)

About the role

University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking an adjunct faculty member to teach graphic design courses on its Monticello campus. This part‑time position involves delivering undergraduate instruction, preparing course materials, and assessing student work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lecture and studio sessions for graphic design classes.
• Create syllabi, assignments, and evaluation criteria aligned with departmental standards.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to students on design projects.
• Maintain classroom equipment and software needed for instructional activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Art or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Prior experience teaching graphic design at the collegiate level is preferred.
