Accountant – Global Finance Team (China focus)

About the role

Feldspar & Flint LLC is seeking an Accountant to join its globally connected finance team supporting international operations, initially focused on China. The role offers hands‑on ownership of financial processes, cross‑border collaboration, and the chance to influence planning, analysis, and execution in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions, ensuring proper approvals and compliance with internal controls.
• Support monthly and year‑end close activities across multiple entities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash‑flow movements across regions.
• Analyze intercompany balances and coordinate timely fund transfers.
• Review account reconciliations, investigate variances or anomalies.
• Contribute to budgeting cycles, including expense forecasting and annual planning.
• Partner with international accounting teams to guide processes and resolve inquiries.
• Assist with ad‑hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑entity or global environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday is preferred.
