Junior Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

Re:Sources, the shared services hub of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Junior Associate Financial Accountant to support month‑end close, intercompany balances, FMC reports, and financial reporting for USMT entities in the United States market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial tasks in line with departmental timelines.
• Prepare and post moderate‑complexity journal entries in the accounting system for assigned USMT entities.
• Update and maintain financial reports during the monthly closing process.
• Reconcile intercompany account balances and investigate related‑party transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) and upload them to the Blackline system on schedule.
• Assist internal and external audit teams by providing accurate documentation and timely information.
• Support special projects such as process improvements and organizational initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to support the accounting team with month‑end close, intercompany balances, FMC reports, and financial reporting for USMT entities.
• Familiarity with Publicis Groupe policies (Janus) and corporate financial analysis guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet financial closing deadlines.
