Revenue Management Manager

About the role

The Revenue Management Manager is responsible for analysing sales and financial data to ensure optimal pricing, protect margins and identify opportunities for margin growth. The role works closely with the supplier and business manager teams to negotiate deals and provide key reports for supplier meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Support the local market with pricing recommendations and financial budgeting in partnership with Trade Development and Financial Planning.
• Develop business review content, analyse pricing and gross‑profit performance, and present findings to senior managers monthly.
• Generate complex SAP reports to guide supplier deal decisions and maintain NPS pricing accuracy.
• Collect feedback from retailers, restaurateurs and field sales to improve pricing strategies.
• Oversee daily sales order processing, ensure pricing compliance, and guide the local purchasing team.
• Prepare materials for supplier planning meetings, present financial analysis, and negotiate deal structures that meet GP targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5‑7 years of experience in sales, finance or marketing with a focus on pricing and analytics.
• Strong negotiation, mathematical and statistical abilities.
• Attention to detail and commercial acumen.
