About the role
Alcon is seeking an Account Manager to grow revenue for its vision‑care portfolio in the Brooklyn and Staten Island area. You will partner with eye‑care practitioners, promote innovative technology, and match products to doctor and patient needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and expand relationships with eye‑care professionals while executing strategic account plans.
- Clarify customer needs and set clear objectives for each sales interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create executional plans that meet both customer and organizational goals.
- Implement marketing plans for specific products to drive adoption and change customer behavior.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., high school + 10 years, associate + 6 years, M.S.).
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or account‑management experience.
